Not exactly 5 stars but definitely worth the money and a great place to stay. We came as a family with 2 year toddler. On the first day when we arrived Bary welcomed us and helped us check in, which was done very quickly. Once checked in we went to our room which is nice a spacious. We had the senior apartment which had 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom. Balcony with a nice view, although it was the car park but the trees and views were just as amazing. Only reason why I've given 4 stars is because as it's an apartment, it wasn't equipped with the things we needed like, hairdryer and an iron, washing up liquid or sponge to wash dishes, but there is a massive supermarket right opposite to the hotel which had almost everything. (Buy all you drinks and snacks from there). The hotel did provide with basic cutlery, tea pot and pans. We had asked one of the staff for an iron which the cleaning manager tried to arrange for us but it was broken. There is no WiFi in hotel rooms just at the lobby but we was still okay to come down and sit at the lobby instead of being stuck in hotel rooms. So these was the only downfall we had. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.Bary had also offered to book an evening show for us at a really good price and I'm glad we all went to his recommended show because it was AMAZING! The hotel staff can help you get great excursion at great prices, do be careful when booking outside as some people can rip you off. All staff seemed nice and helpful but we really liked Bary as he had an amazing customer service, very helpful. My family said Bary was amazing and great help. We are planning to come back to Marrakech as this trip was very short for us. When we do come back we will he staying at the palm apart club Thanks Bary and his team for all the help!

A great hotel in a quiet part of town. Great food and plenty of choice. An ideal place to unwind and get away from it all. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was spacious. Not too far from the airport or the sights of central Marrakech and the fabulous history.

We stayed at the apartments for a week and had a great time. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the pool was great. It is also only about 10 mins (40 Dirhams) away from Medina so it is very easy to get around by taxi. The day staff at the reception were very helpful (the two women in particular were fantastic) however the night staff were terrible and not helpful at all. The only other complaint is cleaners would take the dirty towels without giving clean ones and they would rarely give more toilet paper, we frequently had to ask reception for both of these. Overall it was a great time and for the price I would definitely recommend.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for our first visit to Marrakech and have to say the experience was exceptional. The staff at the hotel are among the best I have experienced across my many years of travel. Slim, the manager, was extremely helpful thprughout our stay and made it a truly spectacular first visit in Morocco. Other staff like Moad, Amal, Karim, Hassan and Mohammad Amin were also extremely friendly and the best staff I have ever experienced in my life. The staff and location of the hotel is ideal, as it is literally half a minute walk away from a modern and interesting Al Mazar mall. The cleaning ladies and security and concierge’s were top quality and very welcoming and friendly whenever we required events or a taxi to somewhere as the taxi’s are usually expensive. The rooms themselves were spacious and very clean, room service was everyday and towels were provided in abundance every afternoon. Overall the two week stay here was perfect for my large family, the facilities and pool was fantastic and I have already booked my return to Palm Appart Club for the Easter Holidays. I can not wait to return and will most definitely only stay at this hotel for future visits to Marrakech. Excellent hotel.

Location is great, across the road from shopping centre with supermarket, shops and restaurants and taxi rank. Its great for the price you pay. Cleanliness is not great, but bed and bathroom was clean and thats all we cared about, but rest of the apartment not so much. Receptionist Amal was very friendly and helped us book restaurants and day trips and also gave us good recommendations. Pool is good plenty of sun loungers and can use the facilities of the palm plaza beside which has a bar with drinks and food beside the pool and also lovely for breakfast. Overall good experience from this hotel and would return to here again thanks to Amal.

We stayed here on a half board basis, meals being enjoyed immediately next door in the Palm Plaza. The apartment was great, equipped with everything we needed and an excellent shopping mall and supermarket just across the road. The apartment and communal areas are clean, the pool is great and the food delicious. Staff are friendly and always ready to help and advise. 10 mins via taxi to the Medina and Souk, a very good location!

I stayed here with my daughter for her 18th birthday. I booked the hotel based on the recommendation from the booking site. On a positive note the staff are commendable, English language is a barrier but Karim, Moad and Saka provided excellent customer service and the housekeepers even made an effort, thank goodness for google translator! It should be noted breakfast is not served at the hotel but at the sister hotel Palm Plaza Hotel which is different to the apartment and it’s that which offers the facilities such as pool, sports, food and drink etc. It’s a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. As mentioned in previous reviews, there are no irons or hairdryers but Karim provided me with an iron and I was ever so grateful as well as the recommendation he made for the excursions which we absolutely loved and can be booked directly with the receptionist. The hotel staff also provided my daughter with a birthday cake for her 18th which was a lovely surprise and decorated the bed with petals. The swimming pool is ideal for children not adults, for a bigger and better pool you would need to go to the Palm Plaza Hotel and there is a small cost to this. It’s great for picture taking but freezing otherwise. The security at the apartment is excellent and it’s a 24hr reception desk. The receptionists are what makes this place so welcoming and thank you to them my daughter and I had the best time away and felt so safe and secure. As single women I applaud the Palm Plaza for taking care of us and we are truly grateful to all their help and support especially Karim:-)
